Spain is a country whose government has been a fascinating and turbulent history. Natural state is mountainous and dry, making it a difficult country overrun.
Its history is influenced by many cultures and countries. The roots of Spanish culture comes from the cultural unity of Latin, Visigothic Europe, Roman Catholic, Muslim Middle East, and the Mediterranean environment. This makes Spain as a country with high cultural diversity.
High cultural diversity can be seen from a number of Spanish popular culture such as dance flamenco, bullfighting, bull-run, and tomatina a lot of influences from various cultural backgrounds. The common thread of this cultural diversity is a passion for challenges, elements of 'madness', which imbued the atmosphere chaotic.

                Language
Spanish is a language derived from Latin. This language is used by many people in the world today. This is part of the effects of exploration and colonization of the Spaniards in the past. They build many new countries as well as starting a new government in countries that have long existed.
Here are just a few examples of places where Spanish is used as the language that matters:
In North America, Central America, and the Caribbean: Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, and El Salvador. Although more people use English in speech in the United States, Spanish is the second most spoken language in the country.

Popular Culture of Spain

1.  Flamenco Dance

One example of Spanish culture that gained so much influence is flamenco dancing. Flamenco dance now regarded as one of the Spanish culture in general. However, flamenco dance actually is one of the traditional social dance originating from Andalusia, located in the southern region. The roots of Flamenco dance originated from the Andalusian Gypsies culture and Islamic culture Persia. With the development of this dance in other regions, local musical traditions influence, such as Castilian traditional music elements. This diversity makes Flamenco dance a dance with a strong music genre, rhythmic, energetic, graceful and beautiful.






2.  Bullfighting (corrida de toros)

Due to the high diversity, sometimes tinged with contradiction of Spanish culture. For example, a bullfight, or Corrida de toros for Spain, is also sports performances interesting and full of contradictions. 3.Tomatina

La Tomatina is a food fight event in the festival city of Bunol in the Valencia region which is held once a year on Wednesday at the end of August. Hundreds of people came from all over the world come to participate in timpuk-timpukan using tomatoes that are too ripe.
La Tomatina is part of a week-long festival filled with musical performances, parades, dances, and fireworks. Overnight before Tomatina, participants will compete in a paella cooking contest (traditional Spanish dishes consisting of rice, fish, tomatoes, and vegetables)
It is estimated that tourists who come to this event reaches 20,000-40,000 people. Bunol population exceeds that amount to 9,000. Due to limited accommodation, eventually the tourists generally stay in the city of Valencia and take a bus or a train to go to Bunol, which lies 38 km from Valencia.
